KYOS Visual Lab

1. Nature of Our Products

All products sold by KYOS Visual Lab (including acrylic prints, canvas, PVC, and other materials) are custom-made and produced on demand.

Because of this, all sales are final, except in the specific cases outlined below.


2. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent into production.

For this reason:
👉 Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after they are submitted.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that production begins immediately.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • Errors in files submitted by the customer (resolution, cropping, quality, or color issues)
  • Customer change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations between screen and final product (due to monitor calibration differences)
  • Orders produced correctly according to the approved design


4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Customers must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear evidence, including:
    • Photos of the damaged product
    • Photos of the packaging
    • Full image of the item

Once reviewed, KYOS Visual Lab reserves the right to:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue store credit

⚠️ Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in exceptional cases.


5. Shipping Responsibility

  • KYOS Visual Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
  • In case of lost packages, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier before any resolution is provided.


6. Customer Approval

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They understand the product is custom-made
  • They accept this Return & Refund Policy
  • They acknowledge that no cancellations or changes are allowed after purchase


7. Policy Updates

KYOS Visual Lab reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
