KYOS Visual Lab

1. Overview

This website is operated by KYOS Visual Lab. By accessing our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.


2. Products & Services

All products offered by KYOS Visual Lab (including acrylic prints, canvas, PVC, and other materials) are custom-made and produced on demand.

Due to this nature, all sales are final.


3. Order Processing

Once an order is placed:

❗ It is automatically sent into production immediately.

Therefore:
👉 Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after submission.


4. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Uploading correct files (resolution, cropping, quality)
  • Reviewing all details before completing the purchase
  • Ensuring the design is accurate

KYOS Visual Lab is not responsible for customer-provided errors.


5. Colors & Final Results

Due to differences in screen calibration:

👉 Colors may vary slightly between what is displayed on screen and the final printed product.

This is not considered a defect.


6. Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds on correctly produced custom products.

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Must provide clear evidence (photos of product and packaging)

KYOS Visual Lab reserves the right to:

  • Replace the product, or
  • Issue store credit

Cash refunds are not guaranteed.


7. Shipping

  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays
  • In case of lost packages, a claim must be filed with the carrier before any resolution is provided


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (images, designs, text) is the property of KYOS Visual Lab and may not be used without permission.


9. Limitation of Liability

KYOS Visual Lab shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Losses resulting from the use of our products
  • Errors in customer-submitted files


10. Customer Agreement

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • They have read these Terms of Service
  • They accept all policies
  • They understand they are purchasing a custom-made product


11. Changes to Terms

KYOS Visual Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
